GENERAL MANAGER
Mark began his career in in the corrugated industry in 1990 where he spent 30 years gaining experience in all facets of the business ranging from production, procurement, logistics, customer service and sales. Mark relocated to SoCal to join Encorr Sheets as the General Manager in October 2020 and is proud to lead amazing employees who are all top performers, and considers this team to be family.
PLANT MANAGER
Louis has been in the corrugated industry since 2001 and has experience in all positions within the industry. He was instrumental in the employee and production startup of Encorr Sheets. Louis’ focus is relationships with employees and his continued desire to learn more about operations management. Louis is a valuable member of the Encorr leadership team driving success in safety, production, and most importantly employee’s personal development and success.
PLANT ENGINEER
Sergio is Encorr’s plant engineer who is well educated specifically to the equipment and processes related to our corrugated industry. He began in this industry in 2012 to 2017, and later returned to the industry in 2021 at StarCorr de Mexico; a related facility through Corrugated Partners Group. Sergio joined Encorr Sheets in January 2024 and is a very welcome addition with his knowledge and experience. He is focused mainly on maintenance, process engineering and installation of new projects and machinery. He is interested in getting new efficient technologies and contributing to the good work environment with this focus.
HR GENERALIST
Vanessa is a dedicated HR Professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and facilitating employee development. She has valued experience in talent acquisition and HR Operations since 2019, and has played a key role in building high-performing teams. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, taking photos of her dog, and exploring new hiking trails.
CONTROLLER
Carlos is a seasoned finance executive with deep experience leading controllership and financial operations across complex manufacturing environments. He specializes in financial reporting, cost management, capital investment, and ERP optimization, partnering closely with operations and engineering to improve performance, strengthen controls, and drive sustainable growth. Carlos holds an MBA with leadership emphasis and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Stella joined the team in 2019 and brought with her 20 years of experience and a passion for Customer Service. She strives to elevate service through team building, strong communication with our partners, and supporting the core values of Encorr.
PROCESS CONTROL MANAGER
Marvin started his career in the corrugated industry in 2000. His career began as a stacker operator and worked all the production positions until he was promoted to Production Supervisor, and then to Corrugator Superintendent in 2022. Marvin starting in 2026 now leads our team from the critical Process Control Manager position ensuring employee training and education, maintaining our policies, procedures, and industry certifications. Marvin enjoys working as a team, breaking production records, and taking on the next challenge.
SHIPPING MANAGER
Phillip started working in containerboard and corrugated distribution and logistics in 2008. He was instrumental and a valued member during the April 2017 startup of Encorr Sheets in the shipping department. Phillip started as a forklift operator at Encorr Sheets and shortly thereafter was promoted to Shipping Lead in October of 2017. After contributing to the startup of Encorr Sheets and leading 3 shifts over 5 years, he was promoted to Shipping Manager in October of 2022.
SAFETY COORDINATOR
Richard has been in the corrugated industry since 1993, with experience in production, quality, and safety. Richard joined the Encorr team in 2019. He contributed to his community as a volunteer firefighter for 15 years in Riverside County. He enjoys golf and fishing in his quiet time.
CORRUGATOR SUPERINTENDENT
Miguel has been in the corrugated industry since 2011, working his way up through production starting on the sheet line, all wet end positions, and control room. Miguel joined Encorr at its startup efforts in 2016 and was promoted in 2023 to corrugator supervisor due to his knowledge and leadership skills, and managing a safe production focused team. He moved into the corrugator superintendent role in early 2026. He was also instrumental with the startup efforts at our affiliated StarCorr de Mexico location.
CORRUGATOR SUPERVISOR
Gabriel began his corrugated career in 1989, starting on the corrugator, working positions from stacker to operator, then to Lead. In October 2001 he was promoted to Supervisor and transferred to Dallas Texas. We are pleased to have Gabriel join Encorr Sheets in October 2021, and is a proud member of our leadership team.
CORRUGATOR SUPERVISOR
Jose has over 18 years experience in the corrugated industry. He worked for 13 years in the Bay area, until he joined the Encorr team in 2019. He has experience in all corrugator positions on the production line, and has recently been promoted to corrugator supervisor. Jose’s major focus is being a team player and has enjoyed growing as a leader and in turn mentors his team to grow as operators.
CORRUGATOR SUPERVISOR
Rodolfo is a Corrugator Supervisor at Encorr with over a decade of experience in the corrugated industry. He started at the entry level and worked his way up through corrugator operations. He focuses on safety, quality, and team development, and is committed to building strong crews and efficient production.
